Whether you are a new professional or middle manager, people leader or individual contributor, emerging or experienced leader, I am a thought partner to help you explore and move forward toward your ideal image vision and create what’s next on your unique journey.

What can I expect by partnering with you as my coach?

When choosing me as your coach you will be getting a valuable thought partner to support you on your unique life and career journey.  I am naturally curious, collaborative, supportive, and importantly, action-oriented. I coach with authenticity, integrity, empathy, and passion, bringing a whole lot of energy to each and every coaching conversation.  
  
Your job is to be the expert on your life; my job is to help create greater fulfillment in whatever area of your life or career you choose. Our coaching sessions will involve me listening and asking a lot of empowering questions versus telling and giving advice, to give you the space to explore, discover, reflect, and reimagine the answers that lie within you.

Are you a certified coach?

Yes, I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).  I attended iPEC (a.k.a. the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), a globally recognized, ICF-accredited coach training program, where I also earned certifications as an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and COR.E Dynamics Leadership Specialist (CDLS).

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is given at the start of our coaching engagement. This proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool created by iPEC, is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to hold up a mirror to your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities.

The ELI is different and transformational in that it takes something abstract—the way you experience the world—and turns it into a tangible metric you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

As an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I will spend 90-minutes guiding you through your personalized assessment results that include valuable insights into your thoughts, perceptions and attitudes and offer guidance on how to take what you’ve learned and actually apply it to your life and career. 
This assessment can provide the foundation for goals you may want to focus on and accomplish in your 1-1 sessions throughout the coaching engagement.

What does coaching cost?

Coaching is an investment in yourself. When something is viewed as an expense, we often equate its perceived value to a point in time in which it is incurred. When we view something as more of an investment, we equate its perceived value to benefits we will derive over a number of years.
