Experience what it’s like
Book your complimentary coaching session to experience first-hand, what it feels like to be coached. Understand more of what coaching is and isn’t, how it differs from other helping modalities such as therapy or mentoring and what to expect during the coaching process. Then, engage in a coaching conversation on a topic of your choosing.
At the conclusion, we will review your experience:

Awaken your energy awareness
Once you’ve made the decision to invest in your future self, we will start your journey by exploring your energy – how it serves you, when it may be holding you back and how to consciously shift your energy to benefit you and those around you.
We arrive at these realizations and insights through The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI), the proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool, created by iPEC.
The ELI assessment will help build your energy awareness, understanding and consciousness of who you are and how you respond to life when you are in the flow, and react in times of stress, so you can make choices again and again about how you show up, view various situations, and take positive steps forward.

Chart your own path
You are in the driver’s seat when it comes to determining the agenda for each of your personal 1-1 coaching sessions. Each session begins with you setting the topic and specific goal you would like to achieve by the end of the session and our measure of success. Most of the work actually happens in-between our sessions where you will put your action plans in motion, holding yourself accountable to move forward toward reaching your goals.

Access support throughout your journey
Email and/or quick support calls to troubleshoot any unplanned events or happenings, critical decision-making moments or "what-think” opportunities that may arise in between scheduled sessions.
