What Change Are You Craving?


Fall Foliage Changes

As fall approaches and familiar routines make their way back into your day-to-day, what are you looking forward to and what are you dreading?


If leaving the freedom and flow of summer is causing you to crave a change this season, proactively assess where you can create a more empowering and fulfilling existence for yourself and family.


Ultimately, you are the architect of your life.  You get to choose how you want to live this one life in a purposeful and meaningful way. 


Instead of just rolling into the same old same old, take some time to review what energizes and inspires you; what holds you back and drains you; what fuels you forward and lifts you up?


Change does not have to be sweeping, it can come in small increments that pay big dividends.  You may be familiar with the saying, where intention goes energy flows.  This fall, as you embrace the “get back to” mindset and rhythms of the season, be intentional about assessing:

·        Where you spend your time – are you in a job that no longer serves you?

·        The people who surround you – are they supportive, encouraging, and inspiring?

·        Activities you engage in – are they by choice or expectation?

·        Habits you’ve sustained – are they benefiting you physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually?


What changes are you craving? Where will you infuse some “new” into your routines this fall? How might change create the life experience you are seeking?
