Vintage suitcases stacked in a shelving unit. Various colors and textures, including wood and leather. No text. Retro, nostalgic vibe.
What will you choose to carry forward in the new year?

Imagine this, you have a broom stick across the back of your neck and shoulders.  On each end of the stick is a bucket.  Each bucket is full of all the year’s experiences, circumstances, learnings, opportunities, successes, challenges, tries, fails, regrets, and celebrations you faced, created, and lived these last 12 months.

As you focus on the buckets, you notice they feel heavy, unbalanced, and cumbersome, leaving you with a sense of being weighed down and burdened.

As you reflect on the contents of those buckets, what will you choose to carry forward with you into the new year?  What will you leave behind?  What do you wish to make room for in the new year and how will those contents help you feel lighter, uplifted and elevated?

Year-end presents an opportunity to reflect, reimagine and resolve to begin the new year with intentions you aim to commit to, act on, accomplish, and achieve to be your best self and live your best life.

Being discerning about which intentions you choose to include on your bucket list, allows you to live each day with greater intentionality, purpose and alignment with the core values and beliefs most important to you.

So, what’s on your 2026 bucket list?  How will the contents of your buckets energize you, fill you up and bring you joy this new year?

Unlock your full potential.
