What Does Success Mean for You?

When you think about that statement, what comes up for you?
Do you immediately equate success with work or career-related accomplishments – promotions, titles, recognition? Is success for you more about tangible external measures – wealth, access, possessions? Perhaps success for you is measured by personal achievements – health, happiness, love?
While success may be defined differently for everyone, that’s the point. How you measure success throughout your life is yours to determine as you continue to shift, grow, evolve, and expand as human being living through life experiences.
Taking time to reflect and assess what success means for you in the moment you are living is not only empowering but it is essential to living a life in alignment with your values.
As we embark on this spring season of renewal, allow yourself to holistically explore success. Perhaps it is multi-dimensional, encompassing measures that are personal – physical, mental, spiritual health and well-being; professional – career milestones and growth; heart-driven – connections, passions and purpose.
